OUR QUALITY POLICY
We are distinctly aware of the need to further development and continuous improvement of our standards of quality, environmental protection and health & safety at work (Q + HSE). This is why we also accept our responsibility for founding our processes on quality assurance, environmental protection, health & safety at work, all for the purposes of satisfying customer needs, and of complying with legislative stipulations. This includes the definition of a quality and HSE policy, as well as the definition of corresponding projects and objectives. Our management system assures the monitoring,
effectiveness and efficiency of the corresponding objectives and projects.
Quality as a process
To implement our strategy for achieving the best possible quality within the shortest possible production time, we have defined objectives for the short, medium and long-term, and we evaluate these on a regular basis to ensure that we remain on track to achieve them. To do justice to the resultant requirements on the Group, Vosseler has introduced a quality, environment and health & safety at work management system (the Q+HSE management system). This complies with IATF 16949:2016, DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, DIN EN ISO 14001 and with OHSAS 18001. We use these systems to identify potential faults, to analyse their causes and to initiate appropriate remedial and preventive measures to stop these faults and hazards from occurring. The outcome is a continuous process of improvement that extends right across the entire Group. This process also involves the responsible and economical use of resources.
Occupational health, safety & environment (HSE)
Our HSE management system (Health, Safety, Environment) is founded upon principles, strategies and targeted measures that we have developed from our business environment. This system is reported directly to the board of management and constitutes an integral part of our processes. Our HSE management system ensures that directives governing the protection of health & safety at work and environmental protection are implemented in an appropriate manner.
In conjunction with the personal efforts of our employees, this HSE management system safeguards a high level of awareness in relation to all operational aspects of our Group. The following objectives are of particular significance in our HSE policy:
- zero-accident strategy in relation to people, the environment and material assets;
- protective measures to assure a safe and healthy working environment for our employees;
- conformity with respective national and international laws and standards.

Our quality management system at the Aldingen site operates in accordance with the directives of IATF 16949:2021/ EN ISO9001:2021 and is certified to this effect in accordance with SGS and GUTcert.
In addition, here in Aldingen we have a management system for health & safety at work in accordance with OHSAS 18001:2007 as well as an environmental management system in acc. with DIN EN ISO 14001:2021.

Whistleblower – System
We would like to be informed about illegal behaviour in our company in order to be able to clarify and stop such behaviour. We therefore encourage everyone – whether an employee, former colleague, customer, supplier or third party – to report any information about legal violations to us. By reporting this, you enable us to become aware of potentially harmful behaviours. Illegal behaviour can be uncovered at an early stage if you report it, potentially preventing imminent damage from occurring.
